Delivery Information

We provide free shipping service to the 48 U.S. states ONLY!

Destination EXCLUDES the states of Alaska, Hawaii and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions such as Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. And we do not ship to APO and FPO.

Order Processing Time

Items will be shipped out within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). 

If the payment is cleared/received on Friday, We will send items on the next business days (Monday or Tuesday)

Normal Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is 3-7 business days (varies due to different destinations)

We support fast shipping with 2-4 business days delivery time. If you would like it and is willing to pay an expedited fee, you can email us.

Transit time may vary during rush hours, in unpredictable bad weather conditions or on holidays, so that the orders may inevitably delay delivery time for 1-2 business days.

How To Track The Shipping Status? 

After orders have been handled and shipped out, we will send a tracking number to your email. You can track it on the accordance official logistic website to find the information.
