Web Developer
Support the development of various types of websites.
Build clean, reusable, responsive and accessible user interfaces with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Write optimal code that works cross-browser on all devices and viewports.
Hunt down bugs, expose performance gaps, identify opportunities, and elevate the final digital product.
Learn and work in different technology stacks including but not limited to: Wordpress, Nuxt.js, Eleventy, Vue, React, etc.
Textile Designer
Assist in designing prints, pattern work and graphics.
Use Photoshop and Illustrator to prepare, modify, and resize artwork; collaborating with product development and design team to articulate printing and design techniques to factories.
Create cohesive and clean files that work cross-departmentally.
Maintain library of frabrics, trims and material details.
Understand and work with Design team from a technical prespective.
UI/UX Designer
Design intuitive interfaces and craft authentic experiences with business goals in sight.
Bring ideas to the table, explain your point of view, and take feedback and direction.
Balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
Firm understanding of information architecture and UX design.
Solid foundation in visual design.
Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, and other digital design tools.
Marketing Specialist
Develop and manage Influencer marketing campaigns - both gifting and larger creative campaigns.
Covers: establishing strategy and defining client deliverables, execution (managing influencer relationships, feedback on content, etc), KPI aggregation.
Data delivery - ability to identify and extrapolate data to translate for the client and show measured ROAS.
Client liaison - management of client accounts, defining strategy, delivering results all with a professional demeanor.
Influencer relations - influencer discovery, casting & negotiation of rates, content development, and on-boarding.
