30 Days Return Policy
Any products you bought from Geecomfy, can enjoy a 30-day return & refund service. Suppose you are not satisfied with the items you purchase from Geecomfy. In that case, we are willing to support you in returning them within 30 days after receiving the goods.
Cancel Order & Refund Only
If you want to cancel the order before we ship it for any reason, it will be feasible. However, if we send it, you cannot cancel it. At that time, you can only apply for a return & refund after receiving the package.
Return & Refund
You will get a full refund as long as the product is in the original packaging, has not been used, washed or artificially damaged.
- Initiate a Return Request - To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com to let us know your returning reasons. We will usually answer emails within 1-2 business days. During holidays or weekends, it may be delayed. If your refund time exceeds 30 days due to our delayed response, it will not be regarded as overdue.
- Return - Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you our return shipping information, as well as for instructions on how and where to return your package.
- Refund - When we receive and inspect your return package, we will notify you within 1-3 working days whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your payment account. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post.
Damages And Issues
Please check your order when receiving the goods. If the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong package, please contact us immediately to evaluate and solve the problem.
If you want to replace the product, please contact our customer service before your order is sent. We can replace the product for you when feasible. If your order has been sent out, you cannot exchange the goods, but you can apply for a refund & return when you receive the package. And place a new order.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.
- We cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
- If the product you are about to return comes with a free gift, you need to return them together.
- Please do not return your order to the address on the package. It may not be a return address and will affect your return process. You should only send it to the shipping address we provide.
- Please make sure not to send non-Geecomfy items in the return package accidentally. We will not be responsible for sending these items back to you.
