1. If you want to add items to an existing order, please place another order. They will be sent together.
2. Suppose you want to delete an item from an existing order. You can cancel the original order and place a new order. If your order is sent, it cannot be canceled. You can return the unneeded items after receiving the parcel.
Please contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order during regular business hours Monday – Friday.
Yes, you can cancel your order before we ship it. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. But you can contact us to return the goods after receiving.
If you are not satisfied with this purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept the return within 30 days after receipt. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the specific process.
Usually, FedEx, DHL and USPS provide delivery services for your orders.
Depending on the different destinations, it usually takes 3-7 working days.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can view the logistics information on the corresponding logistics provider website.
